Odisha achieves record 565 recoveries of COVID patients

Bhubaneswar, July 10: Scaling new heights in the war against COVID-19, Odisha achieved a record 565 recoveries of COVID patients in a day. This information was shared by the Health and Family Department on Twitter. The total number of recoveries in the state has increased to 7972 with the latest recoveries. Officials said that 185 recovered patients are from Ganjam while 85 from Ragagada have also recovered. The other recoveries include 45 from Balangir, 32 from Cuttack, 30 from Malkangiri, 24 each from Baragarh and Sundargarh, 23 from Angul, 17 each from Balasore 17and Jagatsinghpur, 15 from Khordha, 13 from Jajpur, 10 from Kendrapara, 8 each from Gajapati, Jharsuguda and Nabarangpur, 7 from Mayurbhanj, 4 from Bhadrak, 3 from Puri, 2 each from Dhenkanal and Keonjhar and 1 each from Boudh, Kandhamal and Sambalpur.
