No pass required for people receiving passengers from airport and station after 7PM in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, May 14: Commissionerate Police today clarified that people coming to pick up passengers in incoming flights and trains do not require any passes for reaching airport/railway station even after 7 PM. Police, however, urged that minimum number of persons should come to avoid crowding, particularly during return journey. One flight operated by Air India for repatriated passengers will arrive at Biju Patnaik International Airport on Thursday evening. Two other flights from Dubai and Kuala Lumpur are also likely to arrive on May 19 and 20 respectively. Similarly one more flight from Chicago via Delhi is also likely to land on May 30. Movement of all non-essential activities in the jurisdiction of the Police Commissionerate Bhubaneswar-Cuttack has remained strictly prohibited from 7 pm to 7 am till May 17.
