Nirbhaya case: Delhi court issues fresh death warrants for March 3

New Delhi, Feb 17: A Delhi court on Monday issued fresh death warrants for March 3 at 6 am against all the four convicts of the Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case. Additional Sessions Judge Dharmendra Rana issued fresh warrants against convicts – Mukesh Kumar Singh (32), Pawan Gupta (25), Vinay Kumar Sharma (26) and Akshay Kumar (31). This is the third time the court is issuing death warrants against the four. The first date of execution, January 22, was postponed to February 1 by a January court order. Then the trial court on January 31 stayed it till further orders and today the court issued fresh death warrants for March 3.
