Bhubaneswar: The monsoon session of the Odisha Legislative Assembly (OLA) is all set to begin from tomorrow (September 4).
The session will have 11 working days and end on September 20.
The important Establishment of the Odisha Legislative Council Bill is scheduled to be presented during the seassion. Besides, five other Bills are likely to be placed.
Today, the legislature party meetings of the two opposition parties, Congress and BJP, and the ruling party, BJD, are likely to be held.
The Congress and the BJP are all prepared to counter the State Government on many issues like PC collection,delay in payment of crop insurance, farmer suicides etc. Similarly, the BJD has listed Polavaram,Mahanadi and Central funds reduction issues to raise in the House.
