Minister Dibya Shankar Mishra inaugurates TPCODL call centre

Bhubaneswar, Aug 8: Odisha Energy Minister Dibya Shankar Mishra on Friday inaugurated a centralized call centre of TP Central Odisha Distribution Ltd (TPCODL) at Bhubaneswar. Inaugurating the call centre Mishra said that it will be a bridge between customer and company. It will be helpful for the customer to provide instant solutions relating to power supply issues, billing & payment related queries, complain etc. We in association with TATA Power are trying to improve quality & uninterrupted power supply in the operational area of TPCODL. Speaking on the Inauguration M Shenbagam, Chief Executive Officer, TPCODL said that we are highly committed to provide best in class service experience to our customers. This call centre is one step towards this endeavor. The call centre of TPCODL, a joint venture between Tata Power Company and Government of Odisha, will operate 24X7 to provide instant response to customers regarding any issues pertaining to power supply, bill related issues,  payment related queries, complaints etc. Additionally, it will help customer to register request for new connection & change in address through this call centre, said a press release issued by TPCODL.
