Met dept issues rain, thundershower warning for several districts

Bhubaneswar, June 28: The regional meteorological office has issued rain and thundershower warning for several districts of Odisha. Thunderstorm with lightning and light to moderate rainfall very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Rayagada, Gajapati, Ganjam, Koraput, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Khordha (including Bhubaneswar), Cuttack (including Cuttack city) and Kandhamal districts between 12.30 pm and 3.30 pm today, it said. Similarly, thundershower/moderate rain very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Angul, Boudh, Sambalpur, Baragarh and Deogarh, it added.
