Cuttack: Acting tough the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) which conducts the annual High School Certificate (Matriculation) examination suspended three officials after the Mathematics question paper went viral on social media today.
BSE president Jahan Ara Begum informed that three staff including superintendent, invigilator and reliever of Paramananda High School in Kalahandu district, were suspended by the district education officer (DEO).
She said that police complaint will also be lodged against them.
The Set-D Question paper of Mathematics went viral on social media in Bolangir and Kalahandi districts after half an hour of the commencement of examination. Admitting that comprehensive questions have gone viral on the social media, the BSE president asserted that stringent action will be taken against those responsible.
Earlier, MIL (O), Hindi and English papers had also gone viral on social media.
