Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray, son Aaditya meet Sonia Gandhi

New Delhi, Feb 21: Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and  his son Aaditya Thackeray on Friday met Congress Interim President Sonia Gandhi at her residence at Janpath in Delhi.

During the meeting senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge, Sena leaders Sanjay Raut and Milind Narvekar were present at Sonia Gandhi’s resident.

Earlier in the day, the Shiv Sena leaders met senior BJP leader LK Advani at the latter’s residence in Delhi.

The Maharashtra CM also met the Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the PM’s resident.

The newly enacted Citizenship law is not to take away citizenship from anyone, but this law is about giving citizenship to the minorities of the neighboring countries and no one needs to fear about the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), Thackeray said after meeting PM Modi.
