Know the hotels in Bhubaneswar to provide paid isolation for asymptomatic Covid-19 patients

Bhubaneswar, Aug 19: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) today notified three OYO hotels as paid isolation facilities for Covid-19. BMC officials said that Covid positive patients clinically assigned as asymptomatic can only avail this paid isolation facility. {"align":"center","id":63287,"sizeSlug":"large"} “The minimum number of days up to which an asymptomatic positive patient can avail this pay and use isolation facility is 10 days from the date of sample given unless and otherwise directed by the concerned Medical Officer to stay for more number of days subject to symptoms,” said an official. The official further said that patients have to undergo 7 days home quarantine period after completion of mandatory isolation period. “The guests shall have to make advance payment to the Hotel service provider amounting to 50% of the room rent per day for the required number of isolation days,” added the official.
