Bhubaneswar: Heat wave warning was issued to seven districts in western Odisha for the next five days.
The Regional Meteorological Office here predicted that heat wave would continue to prevail in in the districts of of Sambalpur, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Angul, Bargarh, Nuapada and Bolangir.
The weather office also predicted that Nor’wester is likely to occur in north and south districts.
It may be noted that nine cities were sizzled with temperature over 43 degree Celsius. Sonepur recorded highest temperature of 44.8 degree Celsius.
