Fire breaks out at govt quarantine centre in Nabarangpur

Nabarangpur, April 30: Fire broke out in the government quarantine centre at Nunapani village in the district today. However, no one was injured in the mishap. As per reports, locals first spotted smoke billowing out of the quarantine centre and immediately informed the Odisha Fire Service. Sources said that the quarantine centre has 10 beds for people coming outside after the lockdown. Fire tenders rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control. Though the exact reason behind the mishap is yet to be ascertained, short-circuit is believed to the reason behind the mishap.
