Eco tourism retreat turns out to be grand success; more than 60 percent bookings reported

Bhubaneswar, 21/12: The ongoing eco tourism retreat being held on Puri sea beach has turned out to be a grand success. Already more than 60 percent tents have been booked. The first day there was only 150 booking, which has now touched 1500. "We have made all arrangements for the tourists. Tourism police are looking after their security. Taking care of the tourists is our responsibility", said state tourism minister Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi. {"id":22357,"sizeSlug":"large"} "Similarly, we have laid stress on the security of tourists during the ongoing picnic season. The tourism police is taking care of their security aspect, while etiquette training is being imparted to the police. The local SP and police are keeping watch on the tourists", said the tourism minister.
