Delhi election: Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s son among first-time voters, 111-year-old woman oldest

New Delhi, Feb 8: Raihan Rajiv Vadra, son of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Robert Vadra exercised his franchise for the first time today for the Delhi Assembly election. It was a nice feeling to take part in the democratic process and everyone should cast their vote, Raihan said answering a media question. Similarly, Centenarian Kalitara Mandal was the oldest voter in Delhi to caste her vote and urged people to take part in the democratic exercise. The 111-year-old voter came with her family members and exercised her franchise at a polling booth in CR Park. The national capital votes today to elect a new state government. There are 672 candidates in fray for 70 Assembly seats in Delhi. Over 1.47 crore voters are eligible to exercise their franchise. After 6,30 pm, various media houses will publish the exit poll results.
