Cuttack sees 115 new COVID cases

Cuttack, Aug 13: As many as 115 persons in Cuttack have tested positive for Coronavirus. This was informed by the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) on Twitter.  

According to the CMC, at least 27 cases were reported from institutional quarantine, while 36 cases were reported from home quarantine.

Besides, 28 positive cases are local contact cases and 24 cases were reported from containment zone.

With the detection of new cases the city has now 848 active COVID cases.

“Out of the 131 new COVID-19 +ve cases reported today in #Cuttack district, 115 +ve cases belong to Cuttack city (CMC area). Another 122 recoveries(12thAugust data) have been reported recently! KUDOS to all doctors & healthcare staff,” said the CMC.
