CRPF SI arrested for having physical relation on false promise of marriage

Bhubaneswar, Feb 3: The Commissionerate Police on Monday arrested a Signal Sub-Inspector of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) from Uttarakhand for having physical relation with a woman on the pretext of marriage. The accused has been identified as Bhupinder Singh. According to the complaint filed by the victim at Nayapalli police station, Singh had developed a physical relation with the woman promising to marry her, but refused later. The accused will be brought to Bhubaneswar for interrogation, said police. Both the victim and accused will be sent for medical examination once the Singh arrives here, police added.
