Count down begins for Barabati ODI match; players will arrive in Bhubaneswar today afternoon

{"id":22185,"sizeSlug":"large"} Bhubaneswar, 19/12: Count down for the India-West Indies one day cricket match scheduled to be played in Barabati Stadium at Cuttack on coming Sunday (December 22) has begun. Players of both the teams will arrive here today afternoon  from Vishakhapatnam. The net practice will be held tomorrow. Tight security arrangements have been made at the air port and in and around Hotel Mayfair Lagoon, where the two teams will stay. Frisking in the airport and hotel has already started. Commissionerate police has made tight security measures in the airport and the hotel.  Coomnandoes are being deployed to look into the security of the players. Fans have started gathering in front of the hotel to have a glance of their favourite players. {"id":22186,"sizeSlug":"large"} The management of the Hotel Mayfair Lagoon are now busy in preparations for the stay of the players. Special preparations are being made to welcome the players. On the other hand, the chefs have prepared special menu for the special visitors to which sea food items and special drinks have been added. Chiefs are being brought from Gangtok for catering to the requirements of the players. Ninety rooms have been booked for the players and officials accompanying them. {"id":22187,"sizeSlug":"large"} Sources said the players would visit Barabati Stadium tomorrow to hold net practice. While the West Indies players would do their net practice tomorrow morning, their Indian counterparts would practise in the afternoon. The players would be taken from the Hotel Mayfair Lagoon to Barabati Stadium by the national highway route for security reasons. The Trishulia route would be avoided for security of the players.
