Berhampur, July 15: A woman teacher from Hinjili in Ganjam has set an example resuming her duty days after recovering from Covid-19. The teacher Sangeeta Panigrahi got infected with Covid-19while discharging her duty in a quarantine centre in Hinjili. She tested positive on June 22 and underwent treatment at a COVID Hospital. After her discharge from the hospital on June 30, she wished to resume her duty. "I served for around two weeks at the quarantine centre and on June 22 I was informed that I have tested positive for coronavirus. Later, I was shifted to COVID Hospital in Sitalapalli on the outskirts of Berhampur. Finally, I was discharged from there on June 30,” said the teacher. She received a rousing welcome by her neighbours after returning from the hospital. “I was well supported by the doctors at the hospital and back home my neighbours also boosted my morale. As a Covid warrior I received all supports and got fully cured. I appeal people not to get scared of the disease and not to treat the infected persons with hatred,” she added. wp:video {"id":55975} /wp:video
