CM to open projects worth Rs 80 crore in Gajapati today

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will pay a one-day visit to Gajapati  district today to inaugurate a slew of welfare projects and lay foundation-stone for some proposed ones, together worth over Rs 80 crore.

According to information, the Chief Minister will arrive at Jirang at 11.30 am and inaugurate 129 projects worth Rs 66.62 projects, which include eight small irrigation projects, piped water supply projects, 33/11KV substation, renovated roads and new river bridges.

Besides, the Chief Minister would lay foundation-stone for 98 projects worth Rs 14 crore. All the projects, which would be inaugurated or laid stone, are in Mohana, Nuagada, R Udayagiri and Rayagarh blocks of Gajapati district.
