Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Nabeen Patnaik will inaugurate ‘Mo Cycle’ initiative on Monday here.
The Public Bicycle Sharing (PBS) project will be launched before the Men’s Hockey World Cup 2018 begins from November 28.

The cycles are digitally mapped based on global positioning system (GPS) locations. The project will provide mobile app based services to users to locate and use a bicycle without wasting much time, the sources said.
The bicycles are also be fitted with smart locks, which can be opened through mobile application by the users, the sources added.
