Another seven Pakistan cricket players test COVID-19 positive

Lahore, June 23: The Pakistan Cricket Board has confirmed seven more players – Fakhar Zaman, Imran Khan, Kashif Bhatti, Mohammad Hafeez, Mohammad Hasnain, Mohammad Rizwan and Wahab Riaz have tested positive for COVID-19. Earlier on Monday three players ie- Haider Ali, Haris Rauf and Shadab Khan were also tested positive for the deadly virus. According to reports, the infected players had shown no symptoms until they were tested in Rawalpindi on Sunday ahead of the Pakistan men’s national cricket team’s tour to England in July. Pakistan will play the first Test at Lord's before travelling to Manchester and Nottingham for the next two Tests. The three T20Is will be played in Leeds, Cardiff and Southampton.
