63 fresh COVID-19 cases reported in Cuttack City; Tally crosses 2,000 mark

Cuttack, Aug 14: As many as 63 persons in Cuttack have tested positive for Coronavirus. This was informed by the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) on Twitter. 

According to the CMC, at least 19 cases were reported from institutional quarantine, while 11 cases were reported from home quarantine.

Besides, 20 positive cases are local contact cases and 13 cases were reported from containment zone.

With the detection of new cases the city has now 853 active COVID cases.

The corona positive tally rises to 2057.

“Out of the 101 new COVID-19 positive cases reported today in #Cuttack district, 63 positive cases belong to Cuttack city (CMC area). Another 58 recoveries (13thAugust data) have been reported recently! KUDOS to all doctors & healthcare staff,” said the CMC.
